When my Dell inspiration 3595 laptop boots its not showing the windows 10 boot logo. After the dell logo black screen with loading circle appears and start, not showing window 10 LOGO .how to fix it ?

I have a definitive answer from wiser heads than mine.
If you’re using legacy boot then you’ll see the Windows logo.
If you’re using the newer UEFI boot then you’ll see the manufacturer’s logo.
If you wish to return to Windows boot animation then you need to go back to legacy boot:
This means converting the gpt disk to mbr.

I'll break it down into smaller steps. This is what happens on legacy BIOS PCs.
When the PC is powered on, it shows the manufacturer logo (Dell, Toshiba, HP, etc.), where you can press a key to enter the BIOS.
After the logo disppears, the Windows 8 or 10 logo is shown with the loading circle. (The boot screens are the same in both.)
Next, you will see a screen with just the loading circle, without any logos.
When this is gone, you will be taken to the lock screen, where you can sign in and get to your desktop.
