I have been having the same exact problems! So annoying!! When will this be fixed? Any updates?
How to stop being logged out of everything automatically when I turn off my laptop
Can anyone help me please? I installed a Windows 10 update on 23 June 2020 and, ever since then, whenever I turn my laptop on (after it being shut down) I find that have been logged off from everything. This didn't happen prior to the update and it is happening every time I turn my laptop back on. So it looks like when I shut down my laptop it is automatically logging me out of every application so when I turn it back on I have to log in to everything all over again (Outlook, OneDrive etc.) Is there anything I can do to stop this? It's infuriating! Also, info that is usually remembered on websites that I use frequently e.g. ID numbers, passwords etc are also cleared whenever I shut down my laptop, even though I am checking the 'keep me logged in' boxes. Any advice would be much appreciated.

2020-11-18T16:43:27+00:00 I too am having issues... each and every time I reboot I have to re-login to absolutely everything. Google account is "paused", I get a message that I need to "fix" my Microsoft account, in addition to re-logging in to each and every application/website I touch. Is Microsoft ever going to address this issue?
Did you fix it yet?

try going into settings > shared experiences and turn everything off.
I restarted twice with no issues
