High performance Power plan missing.

Hi, i have a surface laptop and i cant change my performance in power options in control panel, it would just show balanced for me, and when i press create a new power plan i cant see high performance, it only shows balance, i need a way to get high performance can anyone please help me?

This is a temporary fix i guess, but it works for me nonetheless

using the command:

"powercfg -duplicatescheme 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c"

does not add the plan high performance in this power plan. So i ended up forcing the plan to run from cmd with this code:

"powercfg -s 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c"

and create the ".bat" file to have a launcher so i don't have to type whenever i need to use the plan. The plan runs after couple seconds of delay and appear alongside with "balanced plan". If you change the plan to the original one, the high performance one will dissapear so you need to launch the code again.

    Thanks again. I couldn`t decrypt Windows Power Revolution, it is password encrypted.

    Any generic password maybe?

    In the mean time I tried OPTION2 with POW file as described in tutorial below. Command prompt says "Imported Power Scheme Successfully",   but there is still no High Performance Plan on my PC. 

    Option 1 I tried before. Nothing.

    Thanks for quick reply. I tried to avoid 3rd parties software to sort out the MS problems . So If I get it right, I have to download Windows  Power Revolutions from Media File and open green file etc...

    If I do it, can I get the ultimate performance too? And If I don't need then switch back to High or balanced performance?
