Hello,
I am excited about the new flight simulator! I just purchased the Premium Deluxe edition from the Microsoft Website and seem to have installed the standard edition. I can see this in the Microsoft Store App. However, the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition have an exclamation point by them, and it sais that this will not work on your device for both the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition. I am wondering if I will still be able to access all the features of the Premium Deluxe and Deluxe edition because I paid for them. It seems like the two upgrade versions have not been installed, only the standard edition. It also sais the same thing for a lot of my other apps, but I don't use them. Thank you!

I read in a forum many if not all who purchased the premium are seeing the same thing. Me included. It was written that as the regular version hasn't really been released, yet, or installed on your computer, the other two upgrades will not work until it is installed. Guess I'll see if he was right when it is released for install/use.

It says the same for me but when I go into the sim, all of the content is there. Everything that is included with Premium Deluxe IS installed IN the game, no matter what the store says. So try going into the sim and check out what is or isn't installed. For me, it is all there and again, I share the same screens as you on the MS store.
I had it already installed (without the additional content). I tried, as a workaround, to deinstall the simulator and reinstall it. And there the problem starts. It won't let me, I can hit the install button in windows store or in the xbox beta app, nothing happens. In windows store it simply snaps back to install after a few seconds. In the xbox app it calls out failure 0x00000001. That's it. I don't know what to do anymore.
No luck at all, still remains the same damn thing. Can't even install the basic simulator.
