Hello,
I am excited about the new flight simulator! I just purchased the Premium Deluxe edition from the Microsoft Website and seem to have installed the standard edition. I can see this in the Microsoft Store App. However, the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition have an exclamation point by them, and it sais that this will not work on your device for both the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition. I am wondering if I will still be able to access all the features of the Premium Deluxe and Deluxe edition because I paid for them. It seems like the two upgrade versions have not been installed, only the standard edition. It also sais the same thing for a lot of my other apps, but I don't use them. Thank you!

I read in a forum many if not all who purchased the premium are seeing the same thing. Me included. It was written that as the regular version hasn't really been released, yet, or installed on your computer, the other two upgrades will not work until it is installed. Guess I'll see if he was right when it is released for install/use.
I have the same issue. Bought it because of Schiphol Amsterdam in Deluxe, but only can download Standard, not the upgrade :(

Hope it is just a glitch until the game is fully released.
I just called Microsoft spoke with a very nice person and she said it may be due to not yet being released and that when the game comes out August 18th than all should install. She was vague and although a very nice customer service person was not really sure why that has happened. I believe she is more than likely right and that is the reason but I am surprised they don't say that when you go to install on your devices; really spent a good part of all night thinking that it was my PC which is really a powerhouse so did not think it was that. I will await the release date and hope to be able to download the complete premium package since they f=did take the full amount of payment for the game.
Thank you for that information. I pray you are correct. They also hit my account for the full amount so I had better have access to what i purchased. It is rather poor marketing that if this is the case they do not warn consumers they may see this message. Again, thanks for the infornation.
