Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 will not work on this device?

Hello,

I am excited about the new flight simulator! I just purchased the Premium Deluxe edition from the Microsoft Website and seem to have installed the standard edition. I can see this in the Microsoft Store App. However, the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition have an exclamation point by them, and it sais that this will not work on your device for both the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition. I am wondering if I will still be able to access all the features of the Premium Deluxe and Deluxe edition because I paid for them. It seems like the two upgrade versions have not been installed, only the standard edition. It also sais the same thing for a lot of my other apps, but I don't use them. Thank you!

I read in a forum many if not all who purchased the premium are seeing the same thing.  Me included.  It was written that as the regular version hasn't really been released, yet, or installed on your computer, the other two upgrades will not work until it is installed.  Guess I'll see if he was right when it is released for install/use.

    Check that you only have pne account with xbox.

    check my privious posts on how I 

    resolved this issue of not starting download

    I too am having this same issue. I originally bought it to learn that my computer was way too slow. So I ordered a new top of the line alienware computer only to get the same message. I am out of ideas also.

    Sept 5th and I still have this issue, in microsoft apps I can see deluxe edition with exclamation sign, inside FS 2020 content manager I can see deluxe premium edition as "owned". I go into content manager, download premium edition, after it finishes downloading there is no new content available (same 20 planes) and the option to download premium deluxe edition is present as if I never downloaded anything in the first place. Uninstalled, reinstalled, got into microsoft account in microsoft official web page, I can see my fs 2020 premium deluxe edition under "payment history" section.

    I am out of ideas
