I am excited about the new flight simulator! I just purchased the Premium Deluxe edition from the Microsoft Website and seem to have installed the standard edition. I can see this in the Microsoft Store App. However, the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition have an exclamation point by them, and it sais that this will not work on your device for both the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition. I am wondering if I will still be able to access all the features of the Premium Deluxe and Deluxe edition because I paid for them. It seems like the two upgrade versions have not been installed, only the standard edition. It also sais the same thing for a lot of my other apps, but I don't use them. Thank you!

I read in a forum many if not all who purchased the premium are seeing the same thing. Me included. It was written that as the regular version hasn't really been released, yet, or installed on your computer, the other two upgrades will not work until it is installed. Guess I'll see if he was right when it is released for install/use.
I have the same issue when I started to download the game and thought it was my pc. I'll find out in 3 hrs when the game is fully released.
hi i have noticed the same issue i cant think of any reason why my device isnt comparable it meets to optimal requirements i have windows 10 all updated and still tells me that premium deluxe and premium are not going to work on my device.

Thank you for that information. I pray you are correct. They also hit my account for the full amount so I had better have access to what i purchased. It is rather poor marketing that if this is the case they do not warn consumers they may see this message. Again, thanks for the infornation.
