Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 will not work on this device?

Hello,

I am excited about the new flight simulator! I just purchased the Premium Deluxe edition from the Microsoft Website and seem to have installed the standard edition. I can see this in the Microsoft Store App. However, the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition have an exclamation point by them, and it sais that this will not work on your device for both the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition. I am wondering if I will still be able to access all the features of the Premium Deluxe and Deluxe edition because I paid for them. It seems like the two upgrade versions have not been installed, only the standard edition. It also sais the same thing for a lot of my other apps, but I don't use them. Thank you!

I read in a forum many if not all who purchased the premium are seeing the same thing.  Me included.  It was written that as the regular version hasn't really been released, yet, or installed on your computer, the other two upgrades will not work until it is installed.  Guess I'll see if he was right when it is released for install/use.

    SO - after 12 hours of this, I found a helpful agent at Microsoft. They jumped on my machine, uninstalled Microsoft Store and then reinstalled it. After I restarted my machine and reconnected with the agent, I found that MFS  had mysteriously downloaded! Am now on the Set Your Experience page of the game, downloading 95.1GB of content. So far so good.

    Deluxe Premium downloaded/registered also from what I can see. Make sure you install digital ownership file too.

    SO: I recommend you download the XBox Console to your PC if you haven't already, make a note of your gamertag, then click the link below to speak to an agent. Ask them to shadow your machine and do the uninstall for you- it makes life a lot easier.

    Exactly the same issue. I cant even install the standard version.  I click install and nothing happens.....

    I recently re-installed Windows 10 to start a fresh.  Did you do a recent Win 10 install?  Wondering if we're missing something.

    Hi,

    But can you at least play the standard version ?

    I come to "press any key " when I do so, it starts up again. And that over and over again. It does not start, only  the intro-pictures show up.
