Windows Booting very slow after 2004 update ,

did literally nothing. how can you be this delusional? are you currently so deep into felatio with microsoft executives that their heads are controlling yours? My device was working flawlessly, no lag or wait times, everything was responsive, games running at a steady 120fps on ultra with literally no drops in performance. The literal minute this update was finished: i can no longer open any app, tab or file without it freezing and going to "not responding". Games run at 40fps at the very most with low graphic settings. Virtual studio now takes literal 5 minute increments to build and run solutions. Stop being a **** corporate stooge and grow a **** pair

Please search with your default search engine, for "Changing Locale Windows 10" (without the quotes).

For over a month I tried many recommended fixes without success - including enlisting the help of Geek Squad. Nothing worked.  Finally decided to reset my computer opting for the process to delete all files, download and reinstall Windows 10. My computer now runs like a champ, fast as though new - albeit it took me a day to reinstall flies and programs (apps) that I had backed up on an external drive.  Saved me from having to purchase a new laptop - at least for now.
