I faced a bsod an hour or so ago. It was DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL and I think its related with a sound driver. And also an IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.

here are mini dumps.

Hello,

The ntoskrnl.exe doesn't point to any specific issue. Most BSOD will have ntoskrnl.exe but will also indicate a specific component with a the problem.

Kernel is generally referring to processing, but in your case that could be CPU, or could be the motherboard.

Rdyboost.sys is a Windows driver. A driver is a small software program that allows your computer to communicate with hardware or connected devices. This means that a driver has direct access to the internals of the operating system, hardware etc.

Again this could mean virtually anything connected to the motherboard.

It does indicate a motherboard problem, but without the vendor assistance in troubleshooting it will be difficult to ascertain what part is the problem.

In the past when i'm liaised with hardware vendors over problems such as this, more often they themselves even replace the parts out rather than try and troubleshoot now.

As I recommended before, due to the age of your system, if you do replace the motherboard, you may consider replacing the CPU and memory at the same time.

I understand the frustration of Windows 10 behaving like this especially after you have spent time on trying to resolve this issue already.

Thanks again for your patience.

    Hi,

Apologies that we haven't been able to get to the bottom of your issue.

It does indicate a hardware issue after the testing that has been done.

Yes please if you could rate and end the ticket, that would be appreciated.

Thank you again for your patience.

Thank you for assisting me till here.

I conclude that replacing motherboard, processor and RAM , all three of the same time is absolutely out of my budget . So I just have to bear with these issues for a long time run ,until I save up money and get all of them replaced.

    Thank you again

Now should I rate and end this discussion here ?

    Hello again,

As you commanded me I disabled Automatic restart. Few moments ago I was gaming and my PC got freeze (again this problem persists). And so I came here to reply but while I was typing my PC ran into KERENEL MODE TRAP bsod. Here are the dump files :

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ak1BSL2xF\_d8g29lXaR0-4GUiOZE?e=1fCp4c

And I tried to run windows memory diagnostic again. First I ran it in standard mode so  no problems were detected , and after that I ran it again but in extended mode and again it got stuck at 21% like before , and this time I waited even more than 30 minutes.

And earlier I told you about ntoskrnl.sys . So I am sorry for that it wasn't .sys it was .exe (ntoskrnl.exe).

And according to Blue Screen viewer ntoskrnl.exe and rdyboost.sys both are drivers.

Thank you , I am waiting for a reply

Well I will run the memory diagnostic tool again because the last time it got stuck and I wasn't able to get the info, maybe this time it will go well. I will let you know as soon as I can.

    Thank you
