BSoD after update to Version 2004

Hi Harshvardhan

You have two graphics options on your system, the Integrated Graphics will be Intel HD 4000 because of the processor you have and the AMD will be a dedicated graphics chip on your motherboard

Open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section

Please post a screenshot of that Device manager window . . .

The intel HD 4000 graphics do not install on the system and the error shown is as above - This system does not meet minimum requirements.

The microsoft remote access guy custom installed the 1909 version of windows 10 to which the system graphics defaulted to AMD Radeon 7500M/7600M Drivers.

Disabled the feature update settings to 'until manually triggered'.

The system crashed again as soon as the drivers for 1909 were updated. 

This time the bluescreen error had a different error message as in this photo. 

I am very frustrated with this and have shut down my system for now. Please provide me with a concrete solution.

Sorry could not post that as the custom install of 1909 took some time and then the repeated failure just frustrated me to an extent that I shut it down for the day. 

Yes, there are 2 graphic options -

1. AMD Radeon 7500M/7600M (2 Versions - 2015 and 2016)
2. Microsoft basic display adapter. 

When i select the second option it does not allow basic features like brightness toggle and a driver update updates to the first option which crashes the system.

Please let me know if this information is sufficient or do I need to specifically upload the screenshot for you to refer something else.

Okay, so you do have dual graphics on your system and that Microsoft basic display adapter is you Intel Graphics 4000 device and that needs to have a driver installed onto that . . .

Try running the Intel Driver and support Assistant to see if that can find the correct driver for that Intel HD graphics option on your system

Here's the detailed description of what all I tried after your previous reply - 

1. Went to the intel drivers link specified above and tried installing the latest drivers - 

This install failed and the error message was - 

2. So I did some research on the above on the intel website, turns out they have discontinued these drivers now. The failure reasons were also mentioned -

3. Next I went to AMD Community website to check problems with the graphics that my system defaults to - Radeon 7500M/7600M. Looks like they too have discontinued the driver support - https://community.amd.com/thread/245047
4. As suggested by you, with the help of Microsoft support personnel, I custom installed the previous stable win10 version 1909 on my system.
5. The system setup completed and the windows update settings were all toggled to manual. Suddenly, another blue screen error occurred, this time with a new error as below - 

This time, it is not even letting me log into safe mode with networking.

Please guide further.
