BSoD after update to Version 2004

I faced a BSoD problem today, 1 week after upgrading to Version 2004 feature update. 

The error shows 

VIDEO TDR FAILURE 

atikmpag.sys failed. 

Here's what i have tried so far- 

 1.Tried rebooting several times 

  1. Restore to a previous setting 
  2. Uninstall latest updates (2004 version updates)
  3. Reset the PC (without data erasing).

The error is stil persistent. Please help.

    This is what it says. I don't know why there is a list of names, with all identical.

    Hi Harshvardhan

    The reason there are so many of those is your processor is a quad core, with each core having 2 threads and in Device Manager that will appear as 8 processors . .

    That processor has Intel HD Graphics 4000 on chip, try installing this latest driver for that Intel Graphics option, which was only released this year, that will hopefully get your brightness control back . . .

    Intel Graphics 4000? The guy with remote access yesterday checked graphics drivers and said they are integrated Radeon... I am confused...

    Please let me know if I am checking at the wrong place.

    Hi Harshvardhan

    You have two graphics options on your system, the Integrated Graphics will be Intel HD 4000 because of the processor you have and the AMD will be a dedicated graphics chip on your motherboard

    Open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section

    Please post a screenshot of that Device manager window . . .
