BSoD after update to Version 2004

I faced a BSoD problem today, 1 week after upgrading to Version 2004 feature update. 

The error shows 

VIDEO TDR FAILURE 

atikmpag.sys failed. 

Here's what i have tried so far- 

 1.Tried rebooting several times 

  1. Restore to a previous setting 
  2. Uninstall latest updates (2004 version updates)
  3. Reset the PC (without data erasing).

The error is stil persistent. Please help.

    Yes. I tried all options

    1. Startup repair does nothing but restart the laptop with bluescreen 
    2. UEFI Firmware opens my sony vaio rescue which then leads to nothing.
    3. I don't know what to do with command prompt option.
    4. System restore has no options to restore as the last 1909 install was just yesterday.
    5. Uninstall updates and image recovery also have the same results as restore.

    How will the usb install the OS? I am new to this. Can you please provide a few steps of instructions while i arrange a spare PC?

    Have you tried the system Restore option form that screen, to see if you have a restore point?

    If not:

    Microsoft do not provide version 1909 directly, so the best option is to use another PC to create the version 1909 bootable USB and clean install Windows 10 from that . . .

    Click this safe link to download the Windows 10 ISO, version 1909

    Then use Rufus to create the bootable USB from that ISofile:

    https://rufus.ie/

    Then boot your PC form that and clean install version 1909, and as soon as that is installed, disable the Radeon GPU form inside Device Manager . . .

    No i don't have it in a USB. That is the problem. The custom install happened because the system was starting in safe mode previously. So the iso file was downloaded onto the system drive itself and then installed. Now I don't even see an option which can let me log in into safe mode. 

    These are the options i see currently, have tried them all and failed - 

    Even the three times hard reboot thing does not navigate to startup options for safe mode login...

    What is the workaround in this case now?

    Do you have a Windows 10 USB, you said you custom installed 1909 previously?

    How shall I do it? The laptop does not start at all, not even in safe mode... 

    Also, the other graphics option made me lose the brightness control toggle yesterday before this long troubleshooting. 

    Also, if I install the 1909 again (first tell me how to do that), can I remove the Radeon graphics completely? Will that then allow the intel one to install? 

    I need some help with this now... My work is suffering real bad...
