Absolute garbage Windows software. I get the same error. Just took this laptop out of the box yesterday and set up my log on and came on the laptop tonight to finish setting it up, and has been nothing but problem after problem, after error after error. Doesn't work with my printer- gives errors. No- it's not the driver. Never had an issue with any computer ever printing to it. Oh, so there is an update that is supposed to resolve this issues with Windows 10 June updates, but then there are issues with that. Just been non stop. See errors below.... Basically useless laptop. Cant login to Microsoft login or even print basic pdfs.
