Hello I am an independent advisor for the Microsoft community. Have you tried clearing your browser cache of downloaded files and cookies? Depending on what browser pops up the instructions vary. If you need more help in resolving this issue please reply with the name and version of the browser you are using.

Thank you so very much, the clearing of my  browser worked!

It's mid-August, but the problem remains. I think I have found a solution to the problem - I need to stop buying Microsoft products.
