when ever i click on learn more in the store it openns browser and i get this

Ok u hv to forgive me bc I hv no idea what the heck Im doing. Who/What is my Microsoft server(?) or app vendor. I hv absolutely no idea who or what youre talking about. I hv a hp stream w windows 10 laptop. The numbers Ive called only give an automated response(s) which dont answer my questions, so Im still where I was when i sent the initial questions

My computer is on its first day, and I have this error when logged into the Microsoft website. This is very frustrating. The website page comes on how to add a PC to the Microsoft account, and then goes away and I keep getting this error page. I mean, what the! Why?

I was able to solve the problem.
In my case, I would attempt to access Microsoft support (link below) using Edge in order to find my Windows 10 product key for my brand new computer that is three days old. The screen would load, and then I would get the error message in this thread.
I finally solved the problem by installing Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/download/thanks/) .
Edge didn't work but Firefox did. I can now access the page no problem.
