Mouso core worker process
My computer (Windows 10, 64-bit Build 19041) is constantly waking up from sleep and then going back to sleep for a short time only to repeat the cycle. I ran sleep diagnostics on the Windows PowerShell as administrator i.e. powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics. The report from yesterday (5/31/2020) indicates that my computer awoke from sleep 50-55 times during the course of the day until at about 8:00 p.m., I decided that it was better to fully shut down the computer rather than have these continued cycles. The common thread in all these awakenings from sleep is MoUSO Core Worker Process (MoUsoCoreWorker.exe).

This executable is a Microsoft programming element.
Why is this happening and what can I do to eliminate this totally annoying phenomena?

2020-10-30T16:11:24+00:00 Waking up, computer not sleeping again, yep mosu worker requesting execution. I guess there are updates waiting to be installed again. This **** happens every update cycle. God dammit!

2020-10-30T17:00:03+00:00 I sympathize with the emotion you expressed. It's deplorable and unbelievable that this egregious error persisted longer than a few days, let alone several months. If MS has 200,000 employees , they obviously need 200,001.

2020-10-30T20:44:52+00:00 I downloaded this as a standalone update since it was not offer in WU, however the standalone installer informed me that this update does apply to me, so it refuses to install :(

2020-10-31T00:15:35+00:00 My Windows Update is screwed up from this. I just noticed Octobers' cumulative update has failed to install every day. I trace it back to when I reset WU to stop this stupid problem.
