I am getting these errors with "Failed with 0x57 retrieving AppModelRuntime status for package Windows."  Anyone know what's causing this?  Computer is up to date with windows updates...

    I noticed that this error occurs each time a gema or even a (youtube)-video plays in fullscreen. I can see the event viewer showing that error directly after starting a game or a video in fullscreen.

    I noticed that this error occurs directly during the launch of the game, sometimes the game works fine, but sometimes the PC crashes and after the crash the WHEA Logger 18 (Cache Hierarchy Error) error appears in the event log

    Hi there,

    I found the solution for this error. I was having the same issue. My monitor goes to sleep suddenly while I am playing game or working on something. I found that windows 10 version 2004 was causing this issue not the gpu drivers. 

    I formatted my computer and reinstalled previous version of windows 10 pro. Since then i haven't jad this issue even in long gaming sessions. 

    I checked the events and I do not have this error on the list. 

    Do the clean install abd see if it works or not.

    Forget 2004 for now. That 20H2 looks to be registry hack on top of 2004.

    Do what is suggested earlier in this thread and use Rufus to install 19H2. You will be able to play games again.

    I installed windows 10 home on 04-08-2020 Build 19041.423.

    I'm really fed up with this problem. I build a whole new PC with a AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor  on 4.3 GHz and a Red Devil 5700 XT card, 3 x SSD and watercooled CPU.

    I can not play a single game.
