Clean install of Wndows 1909 will fix it immediately. Waiting for MS to fix is uncertain at best.

2020-08-22T16:01:38+00:00 I'm getting the same issue. I just built a new system and I'm trying to figure this out. I thought this was some sort of AMD issues since it's been years since I've been on a AMD system. I guess it's windows though.

2020-08-17T11:45:09+00:00 I noticed that this error occurs each time a gema or even a (youtube)-video plays in fullscreen. I can see the event viewer showing that error directly after starting a game or a video in fullscreen.

2020-08-13T07:29:58+00:00 I noticed that this error occurs directly during the launch of the game, sometimes the game works fine, but sometimes the PC crashes and after the crash the WHEA Logger 18 (Cache Hierarchy Error) error appears in the event log
