Man it was a temporary fix. After I did that, everything was running fine and ok. Then this morning when I booted to windows, this issue happened again.
So I went digging again and the problem was on Microsoft's side. They messed up some vital app container file.
Only way to fix this is to update to windows 20H2 through Windows insider program from beta ring.

Updating fixed the issue but I am still getting BSODs, And this time the event viewer is empty. No error or this specific error was there. Thus right now I am clueless what is causing this issue.
I was playing games peacefully in my 1909 version windows, updates really messed sh#t up. Why windows releases sh#tty, buggy updates I'll never know. 😪
