I am using a Brother DCP-195C printer.  The printer is working - I can monitor ink levels etc from the Brother Control centre on my PC but I can't print.

Thank you!  I thought I would have to purchase a new printer!

I am so thankful to have found this post from you, JamesWyper. I had tried EVERYTHING I could think of to correct this spontaneous problem with my printer. I was left totally stumped, without a clue of what to try next. Wasn't my printer. Wasn't my router. Wasn't my laptop... It was a single Windows Update that caused my printer to just suddenly stop responding to my print jobs!!!!  I did need to hard boot my laptop after uninstalling Update # KB4560960 (just letting it restart didn't work).

Thank you so much for taking the time to help others on the matter. You're a lifesaver :)

I have the exact same issue.  Haven't found a solution yet.  Frustrating!

    This hasn't solved my problem.

My computer (which is only two weeks old) won't let me remove Update # KB4560960.  So I still can't print.

I hope that Microsoft is going to solve this problem with a new update. Nothing seems to have happened since June 29.

You needn't remove that one. Take KB4567523 for the fix...

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4567523

    June 18, 2020—KB4567523 (OS Build 19041.331)

You must take it manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog...

    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4567523

    Microsoft Update Catalog -- KB4567523

Take the one that matches your Windows Edition & Architecture (x64/64-bit or x86/32-bit) that is at "START, Settings, System, About".
