Unable to print after installing update KB4560960 and/or KB4561608. Uninstalling updates fixes problem. Reporting bug.

I have uninstalled the update KB4560960 and restarted both computer and printer, a few times, but it still doesn't work. Computer says printer is offline...

Note sure what to do next but really need to use the printer!

I was called FOUR times within 3 days by 4 different costumers they all have Brother printers. Some can scan but are not able to print. This is just a joke.

This sounds like a separate problem with your printer.

The symptoms of this particular update were: the printer is online, but nothing happens when you try to print, or there is an error message that says out of memory. Check to see if you can ping your printer, if it is on the network. Try rebooting the printer. Check the printer's cable.

Yes, after uninstalling update KB4560960 Brother printer works normally again but restart takes forever, so long that it's better to do a hard reset a couple of times to speed things up. Fix this issue ASAP Please. I expect better from Microsoft.

If this is sent to the winder but not printed out! Scanning over the network also works without no problems. My Printer is a brother 5490cn Network Printer.
