Unable to print after installing update KB4560960 and/or KB4561608. Uninstalling updates fixes problem. Reporting bug.

i still have problems with my HP Designjet 111 and Windows 10 2004.

After installaion of  Update KB4567523 and new install of the printer , no sucsess.

i have tried to print a testpage and i got an printer error.

If i try to print a jpg no sucsess.

Any hints for me?

I find it very irresponsible to put an update that blocks photocopies of certain Brother printers in my case.

Thanks to that I have spoiled several ink cartridges trying to hurry to label an Amazon refund thinking that the problem was an ink shortage and unsealing and letting dry ink cartridges that still had ink available.

Having the same problem.   I tried uninstalling KB4560960 and it said portions would not uninstall.  Then I tried to uninstall KB4559309 since I didn't notice a problem until after this update was installed.  It would not give me the option to uninstall it.  yes I am running windows 10.  I can print from my printer properties but I can not print anything from windows mail app.   There was no difference after the partial uninstall of KB4560960.  My Brothers printer drivers are up to date.  I have not tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it since it prints a test page fine from properties.  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wir haben die Anleitung von Windows bekommen, da unser Fax-Gerät nicht mehr funktionierte. Jetzt funktioniert alles wieder mit unserem Brother Drucker einwandfrei. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Müller

That's nice that a patch will be applied with the next update.  What am I supposed to do in the meantime when I need my printers to print??
