Unable to print after installing update KB4560960 and/or KB4561608. Uninstalling updates fixes problem. Reporting bug. This is happening to every Windows 10 computer in our organization as updates install.

    Resolution: This issue was resolved in the out-of-band update KB4567523. It is a cumulative update, so you do not need to apply any previous update before installing it. To get the standalone package for KB4567523, search for it in the Microsoft Update Catalog. You can import this update into Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) manually. See the Microsoft Update Catalog for instructions. Note KB4567523 is not available from Windows Update and will not install automatically.

    Nach der Installation des Updates KB4560960 und / oder KB4561608 kann nicht gedruckt werden. Das Deinstallieren von Updates behebt das Problem. Fehler melden. Dies geschieht auf jedem Windows 10-Computer in unserer Organisation, wenn Updates installiert werden. 

    Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit dem Updates KB4560960 mit meinem Brother MFC-465CN.

    Ich habe schon 3 x das Update neu installiert, und nichts hat geholfen. Was soll ich jetzt noch machen?

    Determine which Windows version you have and run the patch indicated in this table:

    Windows

    Version   Patch

    2004   KB4567523

    1909   KB4567512

    1903   KB4567512

    1809   KB4567513

    1803   KB4567514

    1709   KB4567515

    1607   KB4567517

    1507   KB4567518

    Get the patch from:

    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4567512 (replace the patch number in the URL with the one appropriate for your version of Windows [Fenster?])
