Unable to print after installing update KB4560960 and/or KB4561608. Uninstalling updates fixes problem. Reporting bug. This is happening to every Windows 10 computer in our organization as updates install.

    I have another problem....i just can't uninstall this KB4560960 :( i'm getting the message bellow

    i'v alreaddy run the "wushowhide.diagcab" but still no results

    is it another way to forece uninstal this KB ? ...i really nead my printer dear Windows 10 :(

    From the control panel.  Highlight KB4560960.  Highlighted it.  I believe there was an "Uninstall" button that appeared, or else there is an "Uninstall" at the top of the page.  Good Luck.  This is a Microsoft pain.

    I used "wusa /uninstall /KB:4560960" and its worked on 5 computers. Make sure to use an admin command shell. However on 1 computer the update seems to be marked as non-removeable so I haven’t been able to uninstall the update on that, its not clear why. (I havent been able to try in safe mode/recovery mode yet)

    Make sure to mark update as declined in any local WSUS server before rebooting if managing a domain.

    How did you unistalled the update? From control panel if i selected the KB4560960 it doesn't show Unistall botton. Which metod did you use for unistall this update? Thanks you.

    After I installed the function update Windows 10 version 2004 my printer stopped working.

    He is recognized.But as soon as I send a print job,

    If this is sent to the winder but not printed out! Scanning over the network also works without no problems. My Printer is a brother 5490cn Network Printer.
