I was called FOUR times within 3 days by 4 different costumers they all have Brother printers. Some can scan but are not able to print. This is just a joke.
Unable to print after installing update KB4560960 and/or KB4561608. Uninstalling updates fixes problem. Reporting bug.

2020-06-15T13:04:01+00:00 I have uninstalled the update KB4560960 and restarted both computer and printer, a few times, but it still doesn't work. Computer says printer is offline...
Note sure what to do next but really need to use the printer!
