Windows 10 Update (Something went wrong. Try to reopen settings later)

A third-party tool to block all updates to Windows 10 is mentioned several times in this thread. Links to this tool have been removed because Microsoft policy is that one cannot post here any method of permanently stopping/blocking updates to Windows.

Everytime i enter windows update i cant see nothing in Windows Update tab, only "Something went wrong. Try to reopen settings later" .

3 days have went by of me trying to fix this, but nothing is working...

The troubleshoot shows nothing wrong...

Tried to reset the pc but i got an error (something went wrong)...

When i try to scan the disk it always gives me an error

Did sfc /scandisk in safe mode there was no problem

    Sorry gents,  but i can't post the link in here once more. It seems the Mod rightfully removed the link due to a certain violation and I guess it's because it's a third party tool that Microsoft Support won't allow to be linked in here. But you can search the fix on the web using your search engine. Just type "precastclockdjcami something went wrong try reopening settings later" on your search engine search box. Thank You!
