Thanks, Anthony.  Went to link page and saw ' Device support on Windows 10 S.'  Clicked through and went there.  But only a link to Brother Industries page where it says DCP-195C works with Windows 10S.  Should I revert to your original Win 10 page and go though those steps although I have Win 10S?

    Hi ChristopherWhitmey,

Thank you for updating me about this issue.

Its ok, we can still use the troubleshooting steps provided there, these steps should be applicable to Windows 10 s mode also because this steps doesn't involve downloading application from third party provider.

Don't worry I will do my best to help if ever we encounter concerns in doing the troubleshooting steps by Microsoft.

    Sincerely,

    Anthony De Jesus
