Here exact the same problem. And Microsoft doesn't care at all. Delivering software untested is unfortunately a known issue with Microsoft.

exactly same thing happened to my DCP-J125, and already for 2 (two) months now. I write this 16 July 2020.
tried all the suggestions in this postings, no good result at all.
already consulted with local and national distributor of Brother, they gave up already. So this is 100% Microsoft problem.
i really regret to set my laptop for auto update. So many jobs not flowed properly just due to printer.
the most sad thing : this one is 100% for me, and less then 1% for Microsoft :((
Hello RegaGBU,
Please keep reading the posts beyond mid June, No one has found an answer yet, but you could uninstall all the Windows 10 updates since May 2020 and then block all future Windows 10 updates. Then keep Googling Binging etc, to check for Microsoft finding a solution for their problem. Meanwhile keep badgering Microsoft Help, their technicians will eventually get either totally embarrassed, or totally fed-up with us all continually presenting the same problem for them to try to resolve.

2020-07-15T11:55:57+00:00 Afraid so. I had to do another roll-back yesterday. You'd have hoped by now Microso$t would have got it solved.

It’s not the ast updates we’re going to get; but ... it keeps us on our toes👍
i’m checking before i update and if it messes things up, uninstall it (roll-back) and... wait for the next one and 😊
