Same issue here.
Adobe, Steam, Google Drive, Chrome, and even Microsoft's programs sign out too.
This is messing up my work flow.

I have an issue that every time I reboot windows 10 pro, I am signed out of many of my accounts which require me to sign in again. My google account on chrome, adobe, zoom and Microsoft all require signing in before I can use. This is particularly a problem with the Adobe products since they are a subscription based I can only use them off-line if I am signed in. So far, my desktop versions of WhatsApp and Signal do not sign me out. Is this a setting or a bug?

2020-11-07T15:36:18+00:00 Me too, the funny thing is it's mostly MS accounts and apps, Skype is the strangest it signs in on restart then shortly after it signs out and forgets the details. Google claim it's an MS bug.

I seemed to have fixed the issue (well a Microsoft rep did at least).
I went through the chat system and asked to be called. A rep called me and was well aware of the issue and used remote access to manually change some settings then manually update Windows with a file he downloaded directly from Microsoft.
I wish I could give more specifics but he did it relatively quickly.
I recommend reaching out to support and seeing if they can help you as they helped me.
I will also let you all know if the issue returns!

Had a long call with MS tech support. After some extensive troubleshooting, we fixed it by making this change:
Went to settings, accounts, sign in options, restart apps, enabled all settings here.
Now after a reboot all sign ins survive the reboot.
