Signed out of everything on reboot

I have an issue that every time I reboot windows 10 pro, I am signed out of many of my accounts which require me to sign in again.  My google account on chrome, adobe, zoom and Microsoft all require signing in before I can use.  This is particularly a problem with the Adobe products since they are a subscription based I can only use them off-line if I am signed in.  So far, my desktop versions of WhatsApp and Signal do not sign me out.  Is this a setting or a bug?

I am fully updated to the May 2020 update Verson 2004

I have this issue since i updated to 2004.  Finally i have found a solution.

I deleted the Protect directory with this steps:

Check The Credental Manager Services from services.msc

    1. Press Windows Key + R  (to open Run) and type services.msc
    2. Find Credential Manager service and double click it
    3. Set startup type to "automatic"

Clear the folder under the MicrosoftProtect folder

    1. Press Windows Key + R  (to open Run) and type %appdata%
    2. Open MicrosoftProtect folder
    3. Delete the folder under this folder

Restart your computer as a "tradition"

Now you can login your accounts. And it remembers the you signed in.

    Finally!

Edit: Nope. After a while , it starts singing out again. Solution not work.  My windows 10 literally alzheimer.

Fellow disappointed Microsoft Customers, I reached out to Microsoft 365 Tech Support because this happens to absolutely everything on my PC that requires a password.

    1.  It is a known issue

    2.  They said try the local account thing suggested above-it did not work for me

    3.  No idea when a patch will arrive

    4.  Refused to answer any questions about refunds since I now spend a bunch of time everyday logging in repeatedly

    For your info:

    1.  Firefox does not seem to suffer from whatever this is

    2.  Thunderbird does not seem to suffer from whatever this is

I am still signing back into OneDrive multiple times/day.  I gave up on Chrome, Edge and Outlook

Actually; the solution i write above, it is half working. After doing these steps these ones works normally:

-office 365 account (word, excel, powerpoint)

-google chrome (sign in google account)

    -outlook mail app for windows

    But:

-google drive and onedrive desktop apps still signed out with every restart.

That is a temporary solution for my problem, at least for some accounts. Maybe this will work for adobe apps too.
