Signed out of everything on reboot

I have an issue that every time I reboot windows 10 pro, I am signed out of many of my accounts which require me to sign in again.  My google account on chrome, adobe, zoom and Microsoft all require signing in before I can use.  This is particularly a problem with the Adobe products since they are a subscription based I can only use them off-line if I am signed in.  So far, my desktop versions of WhatsApp and Signal do not sign me out.  Is this a setting or a bug?

I am fully updated to the May 2020 update Verson 2004

    See above string for details.

    Today's update was 7/12/2020, that's 7 December 2020 in Australian date format.

It has definitely solved this problem for me immediately after installing this update, after 7 months!

I just tried to install this update and I already have it, but I'm still having the issue of all my accounts constantly being logged out. Even if I close the app for a couple minutes my computer has dementia and forgets the log in. This is the most infuriating issue I've ever had with these updates.

I checked windows update again to see if this update was listed but it was not. I had a similar one with the last number being 8 instead of 6. I'm currently working so I'm not going to restart yet to check if everything stays logged in. Has anyone else installed this update or similar?

Can anyone confirm this has been patched on 2004 or 2009?
