Win10 20H2 fixes the issue.
Previously when 2004 broke smb1, I rolled back.
There was no registry change or any other modification made to the system. After Win10 20H2 upgrade was installed via Windows Updates; SMB1 worked as it did before the upgrade.

i have done all the step still network scanner not working with host name it is working with IP address before update win 10 20h2 it working ..kindly do needful .

I have tried using the IP with no luck.
I'm not sure SMB is my issue because I can connect to the NAS if I reboot my PC I can connect to the NAS. It when I boot any of my PC's from a powered off state is when I have this issue.

I'm not sure: after upgrade to 20H2 I have thr same trouble to connect to my WHSv1 NAS.
Credentials are saved, but system still ask for password and says the password is incorrect or says about sessions with two different credentials.
Glad to know I am not alone.
I cannot "talk" to anyone from Microsoft.. Does anyone have the phone number to talk to someone?
