Thanks, but I cannot seem to find the iso image for 20H2. The only product now available is 21H1. Is it safe to use the Windows Update Assistant to upgrade directly from 1909 if we have uninstalled the Conexant drivers?
Updating to Windows 10 Version 2004/Conexant Drivers
So what do people with computers with Conexant drivers do? Windows Update says update drivers but there are none acceptable, it also says Microsoft is working on a fix ? So what do we do? If there are compatible drivers for devices using Conexant Audio where are they, how do we get them and install or replace them (I have tried everything to no avail). When does MS expect a fix ? Are persons with Conexant audio drivers computers at end of life ? Does anybody care ?

2021-07-24T15:39:53+00:00 Try removing the conexant drivers again and then download the 20h2 iso and try updating from it, I did like this and it successfully completed the update and after updating I reinstalled the conexant drivers again and it worked with no problem

2021-07-24T14:46:19+00:00 Hi,
I followed the instructions above by uninstalling and deleting the Conexant driver and files, then ran WU. The Windows 10, version 20H2 feature appeared and the process indicated that everything was ready. Unfortunately, the update failed to install with error code 0xc1900223.
I rebooted and the Conexant drivers were reinstalled. Uninstalled and deleted again, then rebooted and tried WU. Now, the 20H2 update no longer appears and I am still on 1909.
Has anyone seen this problem?
I am wondering whether to use the Windows Update Assistant, although this indicates that it will upgrade to 21H1.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

2021-05-09T10:36:14+00:00 MS now reporting issues as "resolved".
I'm about to find out if this is accurate, I am not being offered the update with my laptop so I'm about to try it , using the update assistant.
I'll let you know how it goes, it's never worked in the past it has always failed and rolled back to 1909.
I can now report that once again, it has failed and again rolled back to 1909. I'm really at a loss with MS. If I can ever afford to buy another laptop it will be an Applemac.
