So what do people with computers with Conexant drivers do? Windows Update says update drivers but there are none acceptable, it also says Microsoft is working on a fix ? So what do we do? If there are compatible drivers for devices using Conexant Audio where are they, how do we get them and install or replace them (I have tried everything to no avail). When does MS expect a fix ? Are persons with Conexant audio drivers computers at end of life ? Does anybody care ?

My problem is not with needing to fix windows 10, the pc is running fine it just will not give me an option to upgrade to the latest version. This is because is has conexant drivers!

iF YOU HAVE AN EASY FIX FOR THAT THEN PLEASE POST IT.

We are all waiting on Microsoft supporting these drivers before we can upgrade.

I dont have the knowledge on how to do this before Microsoft updates the drivers and dont want to disturb the registry as I dont have a clue how to do it!

Ho! you want me to tell you the all process when we push the new update. This is a trick I discover by trying to skip the message errors or when windows update doesn't get a new build. That does mean no prerequisites need it. Because it is a full windows installation that removes all the junk files and corrupt files in your windows registry and asks you to keep files and apps for the new installation. It works always in my case, it is the easiest way to avoid all the trouble. There is no science behind but it works.

    good luck

Can you be a bit more specific on the details?
