Audio Not Working After Windows 10 Version 2004 Update
Hello
My audio is still not working after the recent Winows 10 Version 2004 update.
It causes the system to auto lockdown after initial booting and the audio functions are now totally lost.
Please let me know what is current status to fix these bugging issues.
Appreciate your urgent attention and reply.

2020-09-02T02:09:02+00:00 Hi.
I've tried everything - including but not limited to uninstalling the driver
I've sent at least 4 feedback - with zero replies
I have noted this problem seems to have been going on for over 12 months & I haven't found anyone who has solved it yet
Windows Audio and the Windows Audio End Point Builder
Seem to NOT be active & there's nothing when I try and activate them
I did the RIGHT CLICK & GO TO & followed everything under DEPENDENCIES that was suggested
BUT - they appear to be talking about Windows 7 and not Windows 10
(2004 seems to be the problem - I believe )
I don't understand why Microsoft hasn't fixed this or helping people
In my Windows update history - instead of years of updates- there's 5 in the last month ONLY
The rest have DISAPPEARED
I'm thinking I have no other option but to reset my PC & quite angry about this - as this should never have happened IMHO
Microsoft KNEW there were problems with the Audio but continued to release this update
The Feedback has complaints from over 12 months ago
with NO ANSWERS to thousands of complaints
I wrongly assumed it was something I'd done & I did system restore etc
Now- all my system restores have disappeared - back disappeared & I am stunned this has happened
HELP Please

The only way to fix it has been to completely reset the computer with a clean OS and to turn off updates FOREVER. Windows does not play well with drivers these days.
