I continue to go around and around... the August 2020 updates didn't improve anything. All I can do is reimage my machine to prior to the Windows update to regain USB audio.
Audio Not Working After Windows 10 Version 2004 Update
Hello
My audio is still not working after the recent Winows 10 Version 2004 update.
It causes the system to auto lockdown after initial booting and the audio functions are now totally lost.
Please let me know what is current status to fix these bugging issues.
Appreciate your urgent attention and reply.

2020-08-20T20:19:27+00:00 As much as I would love to blame Windows update, I think it may be the Realtek Drivers that are causing the issue... I have multiple workstations that have not updated to 2004 and are still without sound. Realtek are the people we should be reaching out to.
