Hello

My audio is still not working after the recent Winows 10 Version 2004 update.

It causes the system to auto lockdown after initial booting and the audio functions are now totally lost.

Please let me know what is current status to fix these bugging issues.

Appreciate your urgent attention and reply.

I have a similar problem. I'm rowking on my laptop Acer-8935G with speakers in 5.1 system. Before update from v. 1909 to v. 2004 of windows 10, my laptop work in 100% with my all my built speakers (5.1) and dedicated drivers 2.82 (6.0.1.8186) by Realtek. After update my subwoofer not working. I was reinstal dedicated drivers 2.82 (6.0.1.8186) but this solution not working. In setting option i was change sub to center but only my subwoofer not working anymore.

I remember that this failrure was exist on unknown by me and previous build of windows 10.

Now i don't know that is the problem. Please fix it.

Sadly I just went thru a 7 hour  online rebuild from scratch on this so I'll try and look around , I cannot be without this computer for another day . I hear you and agree but I am wondering why Microsoft has not yet addressed this issue also as it seems as tho it affects a LOT of people and computers
