Audio Not Working After Windows 10 Version 2004 Update

Hello

My audio is still not working after the recent Winows 10 Version 2004 update.

It causes the system to auto lockdown after initial booting and the audio functions are now totally lost.

Please let me know what is current status to fix these bugging issues.

Appreciate your urgent attention and reply.

    I don't know where to turn.  I wrote a scathing Email to them yesterday.  They are sitting right there where the creators of this mess are located.  

    I had an installation media thumb drive with the previous version.   All the way through it was reporting it was installing the previous version, but somewhere in the process it updated to version 2004.  So now that is useless.    I plan to annoy them as much as possible.  I suggest that you call 

    Microsoft support at  206-429-9176 with a complaint.  After you get out of the voicemail jail and speak to a warm body, they should assign you a case number.   That will give you access for further pressure to come up with a patch.   Good luck and please let me know if you have any success.

    Yep mine neither. Can you please get a patch, my useless sound blaster and audiophile headphones will thank you!

    Greg,

    I have been through two sessions with Microsoft Support.  Two different technicians using Quick Assist.  They upgraded all drivers, etc.  with no results.  They both gave up.  It was way over their heads.  I still have no audio.  What do you suggest?  Thank you

    I Was Wrong Guys. My speaker wasnt fully plugged in. SORRY MICROSOFT. 2004 Install Was Not! My Problem my speaker was only 50%plugged in..any1 having issues please unplug and replug internal speaker as it maybe the problem esp if dell 9010. Cheers. May try 2004 install again later..my machine is for a arcade lowboy so just running mame etc..prob use win 10 1909 for now as Im so over it all lol. Pce guys. 2004 may still have issues just my issue was my error not Microsoft.

    I had reverted to previous Win10 before upgrade & tried that but still does not work?
