Crackling audio after update to 2004

After updating Win10 to 2004, I get crackling audio when I use Razer Surround Pro software. When I switch my audio output, I get normal audio. This only happens when I use Surround Pro.

Edit: Still talking with razer support but I ultimately believe this is an issue with the 2004 update. I hope there's a fix for this soon, although I don't mind still using 1909.

Edit: this is the reply from Razer I got today:

Good day!

We receive an update from our appropriate department that our Audio team is checking on the path forward. Should there be a fix, it will come in the form of a software update. Please check the synapse update from time to time.

Edit: I don't understand why, but having bluestacks running in the background fixes the issue.

    Razer Surround 7.1 works with Win 10 2004 however the sound quality was for me less than Razer Surround Pro (and requires an activation code), so I hope they get Razer Surround Pro working properly again.

    I don't know if this issue persists on headsets cause I've only had it occur on my speakers, but I have Nari ultimates so I can really say since It very well could be a software issue. Can anyone who has the Kraken/Kraken X test?

    Razer Surround Pro software has bad sound on my pc to,  when i use (Win10  -- Version 2004 update) but it works fine on (Win10 -- Version 1909)

    I have spoken to Razer Support over E-mail , here is what they said to me : 

    (Razer Support : ---- I would suggest you to use the current windows version as there might be compatibility issue from the Windows Version 2004 Update)

    I have the exact same issue, apart from the fact that my synapse doesn't work at all and neither does ASUS armoury crate, I am definitely going back to the old one, the crackling is so infuriating, and its not just razer headphones as well my ASUS fusion 500 has that, on another pc though it works fine, synapse armoury and all. I think it is just something that happens to some computers?
