Crackling audio after update to 2004

After updating Win10 to 2004, I get crackling audio when I use Razer Surround Pro software. When I switch my audio output, I get normal audio. This only happens when I use Surround Pro.

Edit: Still talking with razer support but I ultimately believe this is an issue with the 2004 update. I hope there's a fix for this soon, although I don't mind still using 1909.

Edit: this is the reply from Razer I got today:

Good day!

We receive an update from our appropriate department that our Audio team is checking on the path forward. Should there be a fix, it will come in the form of a software update. Please check the synapse update from time to time.

Thanks.

Edit: I don't understand why, but having bluestacks running in the background fixes the issue.

I'm still getting it to work by opening the Windows Sound Settings and leaving it open.  I've tried Razer Spatial Audio and didn't like it at all.  I've also tried Spatial Sound Card and didn't really care for that either.  Razer Surround Pro is really the only one where I haven't had to mess with any settings to get it to sound good without having to tweak anything.

Ok, so apparently I have a few more things going on than I originally thought.

So, I do have Windows Sound Settings open but I also have the "Choose your input device" set to 'Private (Spatial Sound Card) but I don't have Spatial Sound Card running. When I set the Input device to Realtek I get the crackling sound.  I also have my Microphone Access set to 'On'.  When I disable the Microphone Access I get the crackling sound as well.  Only when all of these three are open and or enabled does the sound work properly.  Hope that helps

Would love it if you could make a video tutorial and share it to everyone.

You can try to minimize every setting on bluestacks (even the FPS), it worked for me... CPU load went from 14% to 1%.

    Hope that helps.
