Win 10 Build 2004 issue with Realtek audio

I upgraded my PC to build 2004. I found my realtek audio is not working at all. HDMI audio was working. But my speakers were not working. I reverted to my old build 1909 and audio started working. Is there any bug in build 2004? When will that get resolved?

    I had to restore the system. The ridicolous thing is that the system restored is the 2004 but the audio works now. I really don't understand

    This is ridiculous. 

    I have a Lenovo P53s running the 2004 version. Lenovo's latest driver only supports up to 1909. 

    They've told me to restore Windows. Really??!

    WFH online meetings currently on my phone all day so i can hear and be heard. 

    Thanks alot Microsoft.

    Anyone found a fix?

    Guys (in reply to all).

    Clearly MS does not monitor nor care for the statuses you post here unless you are successful in talking to some one that can open an Incident, and even then (like me) there is no guarantee you will ever get a response (3rd. request already sent).

    So for the ones that can, and for the tests I ran, burn an ISO from 1909 or 2004 built and install a fresh version of Windows, by the time it finishes, you will have MS audio drivers and working ports.

    I've not managed to get it working properly, the only useful thing I've found that after uninstalling and reinstalling drivers that the mic stops completely.  But then running the HP audio control and switching the input from my voice to multiple voices and back makes the Mic work again but it is very quiet even at maximum gain.
