Two new motherboards, 8 new sticks of ram, both on 1909 and 2004, only 2 of 4 sticks, all are/were recognized in the BIOS. Took them through the trouble shooting steps, ie one stick at a time, with all 8, all are good, brand new sticks. Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit, The only issues now, are 3 of 4 sticks seen, and the script, see product key has the old key, Belarc advisory shows the new key. After a complete wipe and re-install and THREE WEEKS OF TROUBLE SHOOTING AROUND 12 TO 15 HOURS A DAY,2 MOTHERBOARDS, 8 STICKS OF MEMORY, THREE PURCHASES OF THE FULL OFFICE SUITE, WOULD NOT ACTIVATE AGAIN. NOW ONLY 2 ISSUES AND UPDATES ARE DISABLED!!!!!

Oh I forgot, my main browser, Avant, i cannot log into on-line storage, I can on my laptop but not this PC.

You must turn off VPN, they really need top see everything you do, you own, what size underwear, everything about you electronically, have yo noticed many sites block your vpn, like amazon, netflix, microsoft, our government. I cannot log into my account on this computer if my vpn is on, but I have not tried this since a was force do do a clean install. oh wait, I am logged into my microsoft account, now that is the only account on this PC!! and my VPN is ALWAYS RUNNING, no vpn, no internet.  Not using a VPN, is like going into a **** house without a condom. Could not log into my account or use the store is the vpn was running, but now I can.

Yep this has been ongoing since Mays first update and withe the July 14th, 20h2 and 2004 updates have made it worse.

double check you RAM, be sure they are seated and see if it is recognizable in the BIOS.  It is extremely rare for RAM o go bad but I had one go bad once in my computer.

We are trying to go back to Win 7 but MS is blocking our activation of it so now we are screwed.  Good thing I only did one computer and found this out.  Once you upgrade there is no going back.
