    I got problem updating to "Windows 10 2004 -KB4565503"

It's downloading> installing (100%), then going back to downloading. Repeating. An update loop with other words.

I have tried clearing the "SoftwareDistribution" folder with cmd commands. Also I downloaded "Reset Windows Update Agent" script/program ( https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/Reset-Windows-Update-Agent-d824badc ).

I run the cmd, press 2 ("Resets the Windows Update Components.") and then 3 ("Deletes the temporary files in Windows."). Then run windows update but I still get the update loop.

I have tried downloading the "KB4565503" *manually but they just fail to install (no looping there).

*This is the correct one right? Build 2004 x64 bit:
