We found the problem. The problem was solved after updating Check point security.

I am having problem with Visual Studio and generally every windows app built in Visual Studio cannot open. Nothing happening, and in the event viewer there are 2 errors: Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.18362.815, time stamp: 0x2995af02 Faulting module name: KERNEL32.dll, version: 10.0.18362.959, time stamp: 0xd7bf65aa I tried with repairing Visual Studio, deleting temp files. It seems that this problem is occurring on random computers, it's not just mine. It is frustrating because I struggled with this problem 1 week. Right now I have version 1909 (OS Build 18363,997). Thank you.

Did you lose your data and apps, not sure now between reset, and and refresh

Hate to ask, but how did you disable driver signing in advanced start-up? Am hoping this will fix some of my issues, no sound from HDMI, have 4 sticks of memory, windows sees 2, this was also the case with build 1909. This costs me two motherboards, 8 sticks of memory, and had to re-purchase office, cant register Acronis, will have to buy that again, and managed to get mini-partition tool re-registered one last time. These two updates have cost me over $200 and have not tried any other purchased apps yet. Did someone at microsoft open a box of Vista with these two updates? 1909 had the system icons not responding to mouse clicks, and 2004 also has any trouble shooting links, gets you, "you need an app for that? 2004 has been broken for at least 6 weeks and no fix yet? Oh, forgot to mention, cannot uninstall the updates either.

Got the new update and the microphone wont pick up the sound, It work ok in the beginning and later it stop working completely.
