I don't have office but I am having trouble signing in to outlook it says redirecting too many times error. I probably changed the wrong setting somewhere so I'm not sure if your fix will help my situation. I have paid for a 3 year warranty service with 365/ 24 hour support but when I call it says M-F then hangs up and online I get the dumb virtual chat robot that knows and does nothing. Ok thanks for reading my rant. I need to take a computer class any recommendations which would help me learn not to frick with settings when I don't know what I'm doing? Joyce

After the recent update, I have files from different programs that will not open, access denied. When I try to open I get the message that I don't have permission to do so that I need to get permission from the owner or administrator. I am the administrator on my personal desk top. I also noticed that my other administrator account is no longer showing. I am unable to do a system restore as I get an error. I can't even do a restore from a system image. This is very frustrating. I have some computer knowledge but I don't want to make things worse. What can I do as I want to be able to open up my files with no issues.

The recent update shut down our VMs, a primary function of our computers is using VMs to protect our systems. We had no one use any so called VM vulnerability to attack or hack our systems. We are loosing Thousands of $$$$'s a day because of this, and we will loose customers as well. Come on MS Fix the issue and get our VM working again.

Did you lose your data and apps, not sure now between reset, and and refresh

Hate to ask, but how did you disable driver signing in advanced start-up? Am hoping this will fix some of my issues, no sound from HDMI, have 4 sticks of memory, windows sees 2, this was also the case with build 1909. This costs me two motherboards, 8 sticks of memory, and had to re-purchase office, cant register Acronis, will have to buy that again, and managed to get mini-partition tool re-registered one last time. These two updates have cost me over $200 and have not tried any other purchased apps yet. Did someone at microsoft open a box of Vista with these two updates? 1909 had the system icons not responding to mouse clicks, and 2004 also has any trouble shooting links, gets you, "you need an app for that? 2004 has been broken for at least 6 weeks and no fix yet? Oh, forgot to mention, cannot uninstall the updates either.
