Got the new Update and my printer has stopped working. Can anyone tell me how to uninstall the update?

Lenovo 710S, 4yrs old Updating caused my micro-HDMI port to stop so have had to buy a USB-VGA adaptor to connect second monitor (vital when forced to currently Work-from-Home) but Windows doesn't see it as a second monitor so properties cannot be modified. My Logitech K200 Media Keyboard now cannot use those extra Media keys (quite ironic, when you think about it) for volume, Start/Stop and Calculator. One button works, Power. Updating my PC causes my Office package to declare "8-days left of your Trial" despite it being installed out of my Office365 subscription.

I uninstalled the 6/10/2020 update KB4560960 and it solved my printer problem, which I suspect was a port problem, but I'm not smart enough to prove. I could not print from Word or Acrobat although Windows said there were no problems with my printer and my printer said there were no problems. I run two monitors and I did not have any problem with that. Also no keyboard problems.

I have the exact same problem - were you able to figure out a fix?
