The "2004" update installed correctly but, ever since, I've been unable to use "Search" and when I try to access the Start menu the screen flashes and I am unable to choose any items - apart from those that I have "pinned" to the Start Menu.

Has anyone else experienced these issues and found a fix? System Restore failed to "undo" the update so I am stuck!

I have the same problem, I uninstalled/reinstalled the printer numerous times, I have reset the printer numerous times, rebooting the computer sometimes works for a while, then the printer stops working again.

I have never installed any Windows update since nearly 10 years and I never had any security problem. In fact the only problem is the forced updates. They crash the computer and they slow it down. I think you abuse the updates to run computers obsolete. Your updates are scams and I want to have the right not to install them. I paid for your operating system and it is not up to you how I would like to use it.  Stop pirating my computer to force your updates.

    Worst series of updates yet!

If you're running Malwarebytes and Norton360 you need to disconnect from internet, turn off wifi. Once completed turn off all firewall and protection software. Then update, how many people will figure that one out?

PS this knowledge took 2 weeks to learn... Not a good idea Microsoft

Slow down the updates until thorough testing can be completed. I know they're necessary because Microsoft writes bloatware for software but your Windows 10 product is becoming unusable and forced updates make it worse.

I thought I would try again, it has got further than previously so fingers crossed.  It is at the "working on updates 64%" with a blue background now so will see how it will go.

I could not understand why one of my other PCs would not print then remembered the warnings here.

The only other oddity on one of the other PCs is that I was watching an online lecture.  I normally feed sound and vision to the larger screen of the TV set.  The picture was OK but the sound did not go to the TV on the HDMI though other sounds from the PC went across OK.  Bit hard to test so just hoping it is a one off glitch.

    Still on 64%
