Hi All, If you read my previous post, I stated that several drivers after the KB4560960 Cumulative Update required updating. This has been done and so far, there has been no adverse impact to my system. I seem to be one of the lucky ones and it could have something to do with the fact that I'm running Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 OS Build 18363.900 whereas most contributors have not stated what the last stable version they had running OK. Presumably, the installer checks for the installed version and decides what aspects of the update apply, so the impact of these updates will vary markedly. Now, none of my Network Printers have been impacted and I have no directly connected printers. The scanner is not impacted nor my external display, nor any USB connected device and there appears to be no degradation of performance. I have not tested a bug in MS-Excel that only occurs when multiple Excel processes are running which have opened separate spreadsheets in separate windows yet but I am expecting no change here. I wish I could pass on some of my good luck to the Community in this thread. There are so many issues with these updates. I was not immune in the beginning which is why I joined this discussion but matters have improved markedly. I've also been testing the newest version of Microsoft Edge. So far, so good. Hey guys. Way to many reports of failing printers after this update. (Like printer problems was something new :p ) I did a 3 tests on 3 different PCs with 1909. All 3 was connected to a network printer. After the update, 1 PC could not find the printer. 3 System Restore later. I turned the printer OFF (not even removed the network cable). 3 flawless updates. Im not saying this will work for everyone. But if you are connected to a printer. Just disconnect or turn the damn thing of, before you update, and you should be golden. I'm waiting for the next patch to fix where they heck all my Microsoft store apps went (Its confirmed a bug from support) Hope this helps! My omputer was not connected. Now, none of my Network Printers have been impacted and I have no directly connected printers. It seems that Microsoft are now aware of the printing and other problems with this update and are working on it.
