I think you need to add network printing as a known issue for all three KB's I experienced this issue on all three. Uninstalling those updates resolved the problem.

Go to Control Panel. In the drop down box on the right corner select small icons. Click on Programs and Features. On the left there will be a menu item names View Installed Updates. Click on that. Once all updates are listed, click on the Installed Date to have the updates listed in descending order. Double click on the update in order to uninstall

Amyuni pdf printer (Microsoft certified drivers) stop working on all pc using KB4560960 and KB4561608, uninstalling the kb and the pdf printer works again.

Welp, somehow Microsoft ended up downloading KB45161600 for me automatically, thank you MS, now, try fixing the feature update mostly everybody is having problems with. My machine has the download and install button on my update page, problem is I tried Three times to download it with Three times failing.
